Accomodation
Saulepa Beach House has a total of 6 comfortable bedrooms, located on the second floor of the building. There are a total of 15 main places and 1 extra bed can be placed in one room. 5 rooms have a balcony with a great view of Pärnu Bay. One room does not have a balcony and sea view. Upstairs there are a total of two shower rooms with a toilet. Bedclothes and sauna towels are provided.
Rooms
- 1 fifth room with 2 double beds and one single bed, wardrobe, TV and balcony;
- 4 of the two rooms either with queen-size bed or twin beds, wardrobe, TV and balcony (extra bed available in one room)
- 1 twin room with wardrobe, TV and balcony.
In the house in total: in addition to 15 beds, it is possible to place an extra bed in one room and two extra mattresses on the floor for an extra charge.
The house has a large hall, sauna, kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, coffee maker, TV and a Christmas tree at New Year’s Eve.
During the summer, the price of the house includes the use of a sliding barbecue house with a fireplace and a gas stove in the yard.
One basket full of trees is included in the rental price of the house.
It is possible to use a barbecue in the yard. You must bring your own charcoal to grill.
TUNA SAUNA
On the terrace of the grill house there is a large Ösel Tubs barrel sauna for 6-8 people with an innovative solution made by Saaremaa masters, which is used both in summer and in winter http://oeseltubs.ee/toode/osel/
Use of the barrel sauna for an extra charge by agreement.
PEOTENTAL
In order to organize a summer event, it is possible to rent a 72m2 party tent from us for an additional fee.

Arrival on the booked day from 16:00
Check-out no later than 12:00
If possible, early check-in and check-out.
The house will be handed over in the same condition as the Lessor gave it to the Tenant (tables cleaned, dishes washed, the floor vacuumed and rubbish removed). If any of these requirements are not met, a cleaning fee of € 50 will be added to the deposit.
The outdoor barrel sauna is 150 € / time for one night, 50 € for the same water in the following days. The barrel sauna can accommodate up to 8 people at a time. After using the tub sauna, the cover must be put on and the lights switched off.

When renting out the house, in addition to the price of the house, we take a down payment of 200 €, which can be returned if the house is in order.

Having a house directly is cheaper, and for longer holidays call or write we will review the price separately.
